ICS Colour Analysis System can intelligently determine the colour of any baked product. Unlike monochrome or RGB sensors which can only switch at set points, this system uses full colour cameras and a powerful PC based system to analyse colour of each individual product.


This extremely accurate system measures and records height to within 1mm accuracy and incorporates high resolution 24bit colour cameras.


With its 'Auto detect function' the system is very easy to setup for new products or changes in product requirements. Existing product presets can be selected from a selection of simple drop down menus.

Height is measured by an array of Class 2 lasers, these lasers, interfaced into a standard PLC calculate average height, highest point and lowest point. These criteria are compared to pre-set parameters within the PLC.

100% of production is scanned and nonconforming product is removed from the line by means of a reject mechanism. These systems can be fitted post proofer / oven and can be 'closed looped' maintaining correct height, colour and product consistency.
